Landscape Construction Laborer
We are hiring EXPERIENCED landscape construction laborers for full-time positions.
We are looking for someone who has verifiable landscape construction/installation experience with planting, pavers, synthetic turf, irrigation, landscape lighting.
Job Duties: Will include digging holes & trenches, raking, shoveling, wheelbarrow work, plant material installation, irrigation installation, decorative rock installation, carrying and installing pavers, installing outdoor kitchens and structures, installing synthetic turf and sod, installing and hand tucking pine straw, and general cleanup work.
Required Skills: Take direction and perform assigned landscaping tasks in a productive, efficient, and safe manner; must be able to perform physical labor for long periods of time in a variety of conditions; must have clear and effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and also able to work as part of a team. Must be able to be come to work daily and be dependable and professional.
Preferred: Minimum of 4 years of experience. Valid Driver's License. English/Spanish speaking preferred.
Pay is based on experience. Paid time off & Paid holidays after successful completion of 90 Day probationary period. Supplemental benefits available (dental, vision, life insurance) at employee cost (discounted). Employee Assistance Program EAP available at no charge. 401 K after 1 year and medical benefits with employer contribution after 60 days.
Work schedule is typically Monday through Friday except where noted above.
